KUM Preschool is a privately funded school and does not receive federal funding. We rely on
tuition and charitable donations to maintain the quality of the school and its programming.
Donations will be used to continue the growth and development of our programs and our
facilities as well as to provide scholarships to families in need. Every donation makes a positive
impact on our school. We appreciate your generosity.
Our yearly Re-Fundraiser Program allows families to make a one-time, tax-deductible
contribution. These funds are designated to help the school purchase a variety of materials for
the classroom and the Outdoor Exploring Place.
KUM Preschool is dedicated to the equity and inclusion in our community. Our goal is to

KUM Preschool has a PASSION FOR PLAY! We believe that children flourish in active play opportunities outdoors. Active play develops gross motor skills, control, strength, and
coordination. Being active outdoors helps children learn to take healthy risks: It reduces stress and negative behaviors while fostering communication and collaboration during play with peers.
